That’s when I remembered why I don’t usually speak to humans.

This week I’m teaching about boundaries to my clients and my favorite discussion always starts with, “No is a complete sentence.”

Not everyone is going to be holly and jolly season. Some are grieving, financially stressed, burnt out, and doing the best they can. The holidays are tough time for many, and you never know what someone else is going through. Be kind. ❤️
