You might! My sister says they’re common here, so I bet that’s where my feather came from. Neat! I usually only find goose feathers that big. lol

I can’t say I’ve ever seen or heard them here but it looks like their breeding range does reach up to OK in summer. Surprised to see them this far east but I suppose it’s possible.

Oh! I could see it, that does look pretty similar!

I refuse to jump through hoops for social media. I make art, I post. It’s like serving food - eat it, or don’t. Not gonna starve me. 🤷🏼‍♀️

That said, I am having a lot of fun here on Bluesky. I don’t feel like I have to “perform” to see if an algorithm decides I’m worthy of attention.

Once you start you’ll never look back. If you mod, I highly recommend QPTech’s chisel tools, they open up a ton of possibilities for design work.

Vintage Story gives me goals, a challenge, and a chisel. Can’t beat that combo. 😁
