Lots of love interest in our "hope" snips today. I love that way you've laid this out though, because it puts forward the immediacy of the emotion while acknowledging the future could change, but that'll be tomorrow's problem.

You've nailed that growing fascination where every little thing about them becomes part of your entire world. This sort of slow bleed that you don't notice until the thrill takes you every time they are near.

Ben kinda has it bad for our Captain. But does she feel the same, or is she a floating mess of compacting poor choices that will ultimately hurt them both? 😮 Or, none of the above? Who knows! But it's probably the middle one 😁
