Part of it is that I want old man Cyril to have a nice chest in contrast to his flat chested youth, so that alone can make him look a bit more muscular 😆

And of course if you've been drawing a lot of muscular bodies it can take a bit to knock the muscle growth effect out of your hand... 🤭
