i hope this isn’t the exact moment where it all goes to shit

i’m actually being productive today. i thought i was irreversibly broken

crying because the world is too beautiful

i keep feeling like i’m going to throw up after lifting and then i drink a protein shake and feel fine

if i don’t drink a protein shake immediately i might collapse

there is SO MUCH WORLD. expanding my awareness even a moderate amount is absolutely wild. information and sensory overload

this was my favorite movie during my stoner phase in high school

i just say “i don’t drink alcohol anymore” and people usually get it

it’s gross but i’m scarfing it down

unfortunately my first step in this plan was putting 30g of pea protein in my overnight oats and i’m fairly certain it will taste disgusting tomorrow

i actually cried today when i found out timothy keller died? it was very weird. i only learned who he was a week ago and haven’t even finished reading his book yet

tomorrow i will eat my goal of 120g of protein inshallah

eh doesn’t seem like i’ve been missing much
