This kind of fear is all over our students. Instead of enjoying being in the kind of settings where they *can* explore topics they've never thought about and ways of thinking they've never tried, it's very easy for them to duck that college experience. But like, what's left after that?

Why am I getting an itch to totally rehaul my classes ~3 weeks before the first day of the semester?

Maybe they could trade Atkins for a high draft pick. Imagine landing someone like, say, Sonia Citron! Wow that'd be a great fit for the Chicago Sky who are definitely not buyers and probably weren't buyers during last year's off-season, right? Ha ha ha it sure is fun to be a fan of this team!

This was an almost unbearable task when it was my own new computer that I was excited about getting for myself. Feels like it would be even harder if it wasn't my own decision and my own device. Wishing you no unexpected issues and a supportive household!!

Almost back to school time so I'm stocking up on teaching materials! Going to make the coolest polar curves this semester!

My fall release time just got put onto my official load documents and I almost cried seeing that I actually do get to teach only 10 credit hours. This is definitely indicative of a healthy work-life balance, I don't know what you mean, why would you think that?

Being a casual fan of a sport/team is great. I get to just get wrapped up in the propaganda and not worry about having critical thinking skills. And because sports are just silly there aren't real consequences for me!
