thats super valid 🥹 i understand, i also struggle a lot thinking about calories but in the end the best tip i can give is to not starve because it doesnt help and have a good realtionship with food, going over your daily intake sometimes is not enough to mess up your weight

i guarantee only big fried fatty meals are that much! i did a lot of research about food and calories and it really helped me understand 1200 is actually super hard to reach on one meal

you dont have to research yourself if its bad for u but if you ever feel uneasy about food feel free to ask me!
