I have beautiful Pkmn ETB sleeves.

I would love to use them in play regularly. However, unlike Dragon Shield, wears out quickly.

I head that there’s apparently a sleeve that goes top of ETB sleeves. I haven’t found those anywhere. I wonder where to find ‘em and what is it called?
