You call it spooky season I call it Zoo Animals Getting Pumpkins For Enrichment season

I was a bit confused as a kid tho cause I was also really into biology so on one hand I was told adam and eve were the first people but nature documentaries said we evolved from monkeys,
so 6 yo me was like "oh okay adam and eve where the first monkeys that evolved into humans"

Of all the religions to be raised with I am actually pretty happy I was raised protestant and had a cool local pastor who actually took care of the local community
It didn't make me religious but I also don't have any religious trauma which is neat

Realizing I need to make more local friends who are in the reptile hobby cause if anything happened to me idk who would take care of my snakes

Having ptsd is so embarrassing yes that mundane thing made me panic cry don't mind me

You ever get send stuff that hurts your feelings/makes you uncomfortable but you don't wanna say it hurt your feelings cause youre scared that theyll be scared to ever send you anything again oh I think I might have an issue setting boundaries

Probably ignorant of me but hearing about shark attacks that happened after people went into the water despite it being banned because of previous shark attacks feels like that could have been very easily avoided

I feel a bit bad cause I thought Mika just didn't like to be brushed, but I got a new brush for the bunnies and she really likes that one, so I guess she just prefers when brushes are more gentle

Had snakes for 5 years now and I still think "damn you are long" every time I look at them

What happens to pets that ate parts of their dead owner? Do they get put up for adoption and everyone just pretends Fido didn't get so stressed by his owners death he took a nibble from his hand?

Isn't it great that we evolved to have hands that are perfect for petting animals? Reason for living is to help animals scritch the spot they can't reach themselves
