Yeah if you're already used to it (bowel issues and gallbladder problems tend to be linked, who knew) then the only real shift I had in that experience was that since getting my gallbladder removed, red meat set the tummy rumbling (dire) pretty predictably. Predictability isn't always bad.

In my experience bowel movements are going to become a little more troublesome (coming on without warning, being incredibly loose, etc) but nothing NEARLY as dangerous or painful as having to deal with gallstones.
