I totally understand, and thank you for the support! I'd like you to stay in this discord server until the update is finished though, because __**I'll be sending people who were subscribed these past couple of months the next update's download links**__! I'll make a channel or set up a bot or something where you can just quickly ping me once it's released, as a way of apologizing for the silence and such and making sure you get what you paid for! I'll probably be operating on honor system for most of this, but proof of your tier is welcome. The fact that I get to develop this game as work is like an insane blessing, ESPECIALLY right now. I've felt a bit bad about fumbling the ball with it so far, especially with other similar projects doing such a more *crazily professional* job. I think part of why this update has taken such a long time for me is because I'm so fidgety to just kind of start ripping up the floorboards and start laying down work I'm *much* more personally proud of, both in the way I interact with the project and everything around it, which is why I wanted to release that design document as I scritched away.
