OMG, that is insane.

The PR/FAQ is great for figuring out what you want and getting feedback from customer-facing folks, but when I’ve tried it with engineering teams they struggled to extrapolate requirements from it. How do folks get dev teams comfortable with that?

The cup holder is only really useful for a carry-on bag between security and your gate. And only if you wheel the suitcase fully upright - if you tilt it, your coffee probably spills.
