He has polycoria in his right eye in the form of two merged pupil and irises. He looks at Roathe with his jaw clenched and showing his teeth as he pulls down his lower lip.Roathe is an Orokin: an extinct old civilization (in this futuristic setting) whose one of their main physical traits was having blue skin. He is holding Lyon's face as he leans into him with a soft, mischievous smile. A gilded crown decorates his face and forehead in the shape of horns, which combines with the rich jewellery of beads that keep his ashy blond hair brushed and braided backwards. He is heavily modified after the Warframe Uriel, giving him a demonic looking left arm and shoulder, which grow and merge with his red and golden armor. Lyon's fist presses against his back as he grips on Harrow's chains.
