I managed to squeeze in a bonus swim session on my lunch break.

I'm still a total noob to swimming. I've been mostly focused on proper breathing this summer. I think I managed to maintain a good rhythm by the last few laps today though.

So I started swimming on my lunch break a couple of times a week.

As a regular runner for decades, but never a swimmer, let me tell you how humbling it is to feel pooped after just a couple of laps of my admittedly very short community pool. 🏊‍♂️🤢
