To put it simple, they don't know how to moderate or even know how the moderation code of conduct works.
They essentially banned me for "brigading" and *I* had to explain to them multiple times what that even is and they still don't understand it, so yea i have a valid concern.
I am very certain the subreddit r/gfur is run by minors... either that or they are actually mentally challenged.
Definitely not fit to run a NSFW subreddit.

HUION Inspiroy H1060P seems to be the closest to what you are looking for and it is only around $50,
there is also a slightly larger model, the H1161, which is 11*6.87 compared to 10*6.25
