refused to pay his contractors, used $100m+ campaign money to fund legal battles, didn't drain the swamp, didn't build his wall, didn't pass his infrastructure bill (unlike Biden), tried to swap out the elector slate with pro-Trump agents in 2020 (i.e. attempted treason),
