Well, if we're gonna pick and choose which points to address and handwave the deaths of civilians in war and deceptively compare a situation where congress backed the Dem electors in a ~ very ~ tight ~ race ~ to one where Biden's victory was so clear that Pence refused to go along with Trump's BS,

So in no particular order:
refused to pay his contractors, used $100m+ campaign money to fund legal battles, didn't drain the swamp, didn't build his wall, didn't pass his infrastructure bill (unlike Biden), tried to swap out the elector slate with pro-Trump agents in 2020 (i.e. attempted treason),
