It’s a shame because I’m all for an artist doing different things and Harry’s House did feel different but KATTDO just missed the mark in such a big way for me.
Love the organic synths that are used don’t get me wrong but I guess it just left feeling like it had no heart?
So I’ve listened to the record now about 3 times through and in my honest opinion it just feels a little empty?
The lyrics don’t seem to have any sort of resonance at all.
The title of the record seems to fit as it’s not as dance-y as you’d be led to believe with Aperture as the lead single…

I’m sick of being told that I’m being negative/confrontational when I am completely calm.
Obviously it’s about tact, you need to communicate effectively yourself (I think I do) but for someone to be like “Don’t be negative” it just shows the respect level isn’t there.
People need to understand that being honest and transparent isn’t negativity…it’s someone being respectful to speak openly and honestly.
