It's 10 months since I introduced a Bill into parliament for a youth mobility scheme with EU countries.
Since then we've had warm words but no action. Again we're short of detail.
I hope this isn't another damp squib because our young people deserve better.

With the Lib Dems reportedly considering dropping opposition to ID cards, our most recent tracker poll found that 57% of Britons would support them, including 56% of Lib Dem voters

Good news.
Time for @rory-stewart.bsky.social to eat some humble pie and acknowledge Edโs strengths and work ethic.
Wanting the UK to succeed is patriotic.
Asking America to sanction us, like Farage did, isnโt.
Thatโs not love of our country - itโs sabotage.
Love this well done Ed.

We will not let our flag be used to intimidate.
Government needs to get its act together on infrastructure. Too complex. Too slow. Too fragmented.
Huge state failure leading to housing crisis for tens of millions.
Too easy to blame developers.
No itโs not.
Poor people are not poor because rich people are rich.
This kind of far left populist Corbynista nonsense doesnโt help anyone.
In the week since Charlie Kirkโs assassination, Russia, Iran and China have spread thousands of false or incendiary claims about what happened to the conservative activist, in an effort to stoke political divisions or to portray the U.S. as a dysfunctional country.

We must all, regardless of political leaning, stand in joint condemnation of his comments.
No one, no matter how wealthy or powerful, should be allowed to get away with using their platform to incite violence.

I agree with #EdDavey:

I regret the murder of Charlie Kirk. Murder is unacceptable. I also strongly and deeply disagree with his opinions.
