Joe Biden got the nomination because of James Clyburn’s endorsement before the South Carolina primary. In exchange for his endorsement, Biden promised Clyburn that he would have a Black women as a running mate and that he would appoint a Black woman to the Supreme Court.

The Speaker of the House has primary authority over activating the National Guard in DC. It is completely disingenuous of you to blame Trump without acknowledging that Nancy Pelosi did nothing. Trump had a process to go through. Pelosi had to pick up the phone.
