Have you heard of "toxic positivity" before? It's not healthy to always try and and turn supposedly negative emotions like sadness, fear, or doubt into "something positive". It's much better to acknowledge your emotions, work through them, and then see how you can benefit from the experience.

What a wonderful way to wake up 💖 You're right, in times like these it's all the more important to cherish those little things - that aren't so little after all. I just got back from an early afternoon walk with the dog; now taking the little one to see her granny - having some coffee there, too.
