I can’t believe I forgot to tell you when I was updating you about my recent life news that I got an air fryer!

It has been as good as everyone says it is. Highly recommend particularly if you love beige food.

The programme gets you running for 30 mins rather than 5K, so for me it’s been “Couch to 3.5K” as that’s how far I actually get in 30 minutes…

• I've been vegan for like a month and a half now? I found a vegan pizza I loved and decided I didn't need cheese anymore. Three weeks later my beloved pizza was discontinued but I've decided to stick at it!

• One more run till I graduate Couch to 5K! I needed to start doing some moving to physically release stress and it's worked well for me. I still can't run 5K - it's more "Couch to running for 30 mins" and I do about 3.5K in 30 mins.

Oh this is the first year they have only released names given to three or more babies - in all previous years they've done all names including those only given once!
