Offering supervision to senior leaders was highlighted as making a difference to well-being in the Teacher Well-being Index yesterday

As the research highlights offering space for supervision is a protective factor. Now that the supervision in education standards have been published hope the DfE endorse and support the provision of supervision to educators. If you’re curious @talkingheadsoak.bsky.social and I are happy to talk
