Wölf just finished the apprenticeship. I know exams are hard and mine are a far cry from how difficult collage / university is. But if you're already into this privately and genuinely interested, give it a shot.

1" wide with a laser engraved stainless washer hung up by my mate. The next tag will be made of W80Cu20.

Depending on what I wear I can hide it, but often leave the buckle or at least the tag visible.
Especially for the tags chime.

Blue collar worker, though all my lab coats are actually black.

My daily is less subtle. And I can't remember when the last time was that someone asked about the tag on it. But I remember vividly that one time someone pulled on it unasked - I get feisty and bitey.

Yes, cleaning off the leaked spindle oil from the platter worked - once. Sadly this also wiped off any coating so the drive won't spin up by itself anymore - too much stiction.
So if you got an idea how to get it slippery smoth again, I'm all ears!

Soldering with paste and a old hot air pencil for the first time.
The first two buttons of this key fob needed rework with the soldering iron.

The 3rd ones looks ok in my opinion.

It's a breeze to work with it - literally. A light and very hot breeze.

Agree. Though I like that challenge. Sometimes Sometimes I add a tube so it's "direct injection" so swallowing isn't even a choice. More a personal preference thing though.

Did the gag also cut off air supply on you?

I say a Primal-Hardwere Knot Gag would come in handy with this. Though that one would make the breath play part difficult.

Even on seemingly unrelated hobbies I'm working with rubber and silicone. In this case the rubber bumpers were goo(ne) and silicone tubing came to the rescue.

And oh god is the black goo one nasty pesky sticky mess in that case.

I used BioThane for my stuff because it is synthetic and good at it unlike any faux leathers. Yeah sure it's green as DuPont will ever be but at least it's durable (so far) by being what it is instead of trying to be what it ain't.
