Similar to other folks here, I listen to audiobooks while I commute (2+ hours/day) and try to switch to reading when I find myself doomscrolling. I read 134 books last year (including 8 Brando Sando). I also don't watch TV and deleted almost all social media.

If you have time to doom scroll, you have time to read books!

Ooh I loved Tusks of Extinction and the other books in the series. I'm about to start Katabasis by RF Kuanf but I'm worried it will be too much grad school trauma.

I deleted social media from my phone for the new year and have read 3 books so far this year. I guess it's working lol
