Refus de notre instrumentalisation
et appel à soutien L’association Toutes des Femmes devait être ce soir bénéficiaire d’une soirée de stream caritatif organisée par FURAX, à la suite de l’annulation du weekend du 11 avril dernier initialement prévu. Ce premier report s’était fait à la suite de l’incapacité de FURAX, en tant qu’organisation, à prendre en charge correctement des accusations de violences sexuelles portées contre l’une de leurs membres fondatrices. Nous avions alors continué à travailler avec FURAX, notamment en vue du live de ce soir : nous ne considérons pas que des cas de violences sexuelles dans une organisation invalide l’action de celle-ci, mais qu'au contraire, leur prise en charge doit faire partie d’un fonctionnement militant normal. C’est notre responsabilité collective de permettre aux victimes de parler sans avoir à craindre de mettre en péril les luttes.

Cependant, malgré les promesses de remise en question, FURAX a fait preuve de très peu de transparence dans la préparation de ce live. Nous avons découvert aujourd’hui, par les réseaux sociaux, le nom de certaines invitées de ce soir, sans que cela ait été discuté avec nous. Lorsque nous avons soulevé le sujet auprès de FURAX à la mi-journée, nous avons appris que l’intégralité de la seconde partie de l’émission allait peut-être être supprimée, sans que nous ayons de mot à dire sur le sujet. Cette décision ne nous a cependant été confirmée que deux heures avant le début du live, nous laissant toute l’après-midi sans autre information. Le live aurait pu se tenir s’il avait été clair qu’il s’agissait d’une opération de soutien de FURAX à Toutes des Femmes, et non l’inverse. Cependant, le nom de notre association, et le combat contre la transmisogynie, sont aujourd’hui utilisés par plusieurs des membres de FURAX pour faire taire des critiques et des accusations à leur encontre. Sans même connaître le détail de celles-ci, ni des faits et des situations soulevées, nous ne souhaitons pas être instrumentalisées, sans avoir été consultées, dans ce qui s'apparente à une volonté de FURAX de se défendre à tout prix plutôt que de permettre une réelle résolution de ces conflits. Nous faisons donc appel à vos dons par nos propres moyens, avec le soutien de nos communautés, pour poursuivre notre action et défendre les droits des femmes et des personnes trans.
