The Department of Justice has sued 30 states and DC for access to their unreacted sensitive voter data. My law firm is fighting them in all 30 cases.

We are dedicating so many resources because these are the most important legal fights and the future of free and fair elections is at stake.

We identified 12 shootings by federal agents that led to the deaths or injuries of citizens & immigrants since Sept.

Nearly every time, the Trump admin blamed the injured and dead. Experts say this apparent lack of accountability demands that local authorities step up to investigate federal agents.

JUST IN: A federal judge has barred Gov DeSantis from designating CAIR as a terrorist organization and punish those who associate with the group.

“Once again, Florida chooses political posturing over the First Amendment,” Judge Walker writes.

“Imminent.” You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Multiple sources on Maryland's Eastern Shore report seeing CBP agents and vehicles on patrol between Easton and Salisbury — a largely agricultural stretch of the state. If confirmed, this would mark the first known instance of CBP joining immigration enforcement patrols in Maryland.

Judge says Trump administration can't search reporter's devices The judge compared allowing the government to search the devices to "leaving the government's fox in charge of the Washington Post's henhouse."

The Trump admin "has a long track record of falsely claiming national security threats to protect itself from embarrassment," FPF's Seth Stern told @brieannafrank.bsky.social.

The DOJ has earned zero judicial deference when it comes to national security claims.

This is exactly right. The Onion quietly left Twitter a month ago and... our weekly subscribers went up. It's because we're doing well here, on Instagram and on YouTube.

As a business, being on Twitter is somewhere between useless or detrimental, unless you're selling boner pills.

Third American death linked to ice uncovered by Newsweek While the 23-year-old's death was reported in March 2025, it was not made clear that a federal agent fired the fatal shot.

DHS successfully—until now—covered up the murder of a third US citizen on Texas' Padre Island, the sort of thing that can only happen in GOP-ruled Texas. ICE agents shot and killed Ruben Ray Martinez, 23, last year, but DHS covered up the whole incident, Newsweek reports.
