How is it my own fault as a new user who was a few days old?
And it's an inside down distorted reflection for the Bluesky art show. It contains abstractions of nudity at best. Zero reasons why this needs to happen at all unless they're just as evil as the other platforms.

How do I know it's a secure product and the founders engage the project and the world at large ethically?

I want to support a simple and good project but in today's climate. I feel like there are land mines everywhere.

@obsidian.md I like Obsidian so far and decided to get the paid version to support the project. The sync feature would be handy too.
When I was about to pay I noticed that there are 3 payment methods. 2 of which are Chinese payment platforms.
