Nathan Messer joins Portland Hearts of Pine after leaving USL Championship club Rhode Island FC, and has plenty of experience with the New England soccer scene from his time in Rhode Island and with Vermont Green FC.

Left-footed center back Samuel Camacho comes to Hearts after leaving Polish side Flota Świnoujście where he made 25 appearances for the club.
