It's 5 yrs today since lockdown started in England, but "We must never have lockdown again" is the wrong lesson.
Lockdowns are terrible but so are deadly pandemics.
Our choices 5 years ago were limited - we can & must do better in the future.

Im Übrigen hat die Antragsgegnerin durch ihre automatisierten Antworten (gemäß den Seiten 12, 13 und 15 des Verfügungsantrags), mit welcher sie die Meldung des Antragstellers in Bezug auf den hier in Rede stehenden Account zurückwies mit dem Hinweis, nach Überprüfung keine Verstöße gefunden zu haben, zum Ausdruck gebracht, dass ihr die von dem Anrtragsteller gemachten Angaben für die Sperre des Accounts nicht ausreichten, was für den Antragsteller die Möglichkeit eröffnete, über die ihm bekannten und leicht auffindbaren Kontaktmöglichkeiten individuell zu erwidern und weiter vorzutragen (vgl. OLG Frankfurt a. M. Urt. v. 13.6.2024 – 16 U 195/22, GRUR-RS 2024, 13456 Rn. 34).

Kennt ihr das? Man meldet einen offensichtlich rechtswidrigen Inhalt (hier Fake Account) und TikTok meldet brav zurück, dass man prüfen würde. Am Ende wird jedoch kein Verstoß gefunden. Wir haben TikTok verklagt und deren Anwälte haben jetzt zugegeben, dass die Rückmeldungen automatisiert sind.
