Another update!
The stool test just came back, cheese has 5 different bacteria that are at elevated levels or entirely abnormal in his stool, as well as some yeast growth.
So he's getting a probiotic and anti fungal to combat the latter.
Baby how, how did you get so much bacteria. ::<
