Such a missed opportunity. Perhaps we should be getting taxpayer-owned Qualis to sell it's commercial property portfolio. So the council can get back to core services, like housing.

I’ll say it again: Epping station needs redevelopment. Part of which needs to be moving the bus stop away from the entrance. One heritage bus, and suddenly it’s hard to get out of the ticket hall, and commercial buses have to stop further up making it difficult for people to board.

A shop worker has said she had "never felt so unsafe" as she did when faced with "at least ten vehicles roaring around" the Cottis Yard multi-storey car park in Epping "blasting their horns" late last night..
