Yes, but they still suffer the pain of death (extra rough for elves) and rehabilitation in the halls of Mandos. It's sort of like a purgatory. They confront the decisions of their life and can only leave when Mandos deems them worthy to. Also, not every elf is rebodied. In short, its terrifying.

It won't ever change until there are a laws in place or unions to support worker's rights.
But this is America, where corporations are "people" and have huge political influence.
The only solution is for everyone to stop voting against their own interests.
I made a pretty air-tight argument. The number of dislikes is totally expected and I'll take as a badge of honor.
