Words spoken to me recently. Addiction recovery and working through your mental health does not mean you cannot seek friendship. Don't let someone convince you otherwise. I survived this and am makin my way through because of my friends.

Finding the wanting to exist can be a painful, bumpy, chaotic, messy process.. thankful for this though. To be able to see my foolishness.. to be forgiven by some - embraced and held through it - to become better and shed toxic elements and beliefs and patterns.
Keep working. Find it. It is there..
