Our pupil booklets are a hit, by downloading them at the beginning of the course, you can keep all resources handy. The flexibility of our course means that if you'd rather use these digitally, you can!

👹Anxiety Gremlins: we all have them, but how do we deal with them?

#GenPlusTrailblazers learn about pesky gremlins, and the different types of gremlins that cause unhelpful thoughts and contribute to feelings of stress or anxiety.

The Pomodoro Method is a tool our Trailblazers pick up in our Organisation unit.

But what is it?

1️⃣Focus on a task for 25 minutes
2️⃣Take a 5 minute break
3️⃣Repeat

It helps you to stay focused, yet allows you to recharge - just avoid doomscrolling!

A tool that Gen+ students learn & can be applied at any age. The Three Rs; great for #BackToSchool or a summer declutter.

2️⃣Recharge: things or activities that help you do your best
3️⃣Redundant: things or activities that don't help & you don't need
