Trump is ignoring Congress altogether and pretending he has plenary power himself.

Single payer healthcare, UBI, expand the SC and revamp with ethics and real enforcement, revamped EPA with real enforcement, disband ICE and DHS, cancel student debt, free college, cancel medical debt

Ban gerrymandering, expand the House, multi-member proportional representation Congressional districts, more ranked choice voting, maybe outlaw the death penalty, PR/DC statehood, gun control reform, healthcare reform... and that's just off the top of my head.

That should just be the start of it. Expand the SC to 17 and use it to overturn Citizens United. Pass a stringent new Voting Rights Act. Enact Roe.

And then in the second month ....

If the GOP nukes the filibuster, the next time the Dems hold the House, Senate & presidency, DC and Puerto Rico & DC become states.
