I am so paranoid I even avoid LOOKING at people but that will change because I've been working hard and I've done so much progress in therapy and I'm so much more aware and I've been so much happier hanging out with my uni friends

I have a lot of things planned and I feel like things are getting better

I'll stop cringing at myself that's my goal in 2025 I will not let shame affect me this much
I will be okay and I will make friends and it's ok to embarrass yourself a little bit
I get so anxious and skip so many outings and avoid so many potential conversations and that made me so fucking lonely
