Our aim of the company is to include learning disabilities to be part of research

We are an inclusive community interest company (CIC) providing research, evaluation and consultation to support voice, choice and control for people with learning disabilities and/or neurodivergent people.

This week is Learning Disability Week
I am very excited to announce that I have been working with 2 experienced researchers and one person with learning disability and autism to form a company known as
The Welsh Centre for Learning Disability Research CIC

Vale People First is a self-advocacy organisation with people with learning disabilities in the Vale of Glamorgan in Wales
funding has been a big issue to run activities for learning disability
Without funding the organisation won’t be able to continue their services

To those who don’t know me well I am chair-trustee of Vale People First
An Self-advocacy organisation for people with learning disabilities
Same with every organisation they struggle with funding
