Today we walked in remembrance of Bloody Sunday.
In 1965, marchers in Selma were beaten crossing the Edmund Pettus Bridge while demanding the right to vote.
Their courage helped lead to the Voting Rights Act.
Today’s steps honor theirs.
The march for justice continues.
