I feel you so hard there. My dog's last day was one of higher energy, and I thought in retrospect that it was too soon. Haunted me for a time. But yes, she would only have gotten worse, in days. As hard as it was, it was the right call.

Juniper the Foxtaur's reference sheet. Her upper body is an anthropomorphic red fox, with a black tank top and signature collar/choker. Her lower body is a large feral fox, joined at the anthro's waist and the feral's neck. She is covered in orange fur, but her 'socks' and 'gloves' are brown. Her chest and underbelly fur are cream-coloured. Her eyes are red, matching the bauble on her collar. The inside of her ears and mouth are pink. Her beans are coloured a very dark gray, almost black. Her tail is large and fluffy, as are her ears. Her long unkempt brown hair flows down her back. Her paws have 4 toes, and hands have 5 digits, and claws are not necessary to be drawn by the artist.
