Today marks two years since the start of Benjamin Netanyahu's horrific genocide of Palestinians. He and countless members of the IDF should face war crime charges and crimes against humanity.

"Experts and major rights groups have accused Israel of genocide, and the International Criminal Court is seeking the arrest of Netanyahu and his former defense minister for using starvation as a method of war."
There is no question Israel is committing genocide. Netanyahu made this clear to the UN.

The government should be working to support companies like Edison Motors as they work to electrify trucks. Sounds like Environment Canada and Transport Canada are blocking them at every turn. Please support innovation in Canada.

Any government officials actively working to divide Canada are traitors to Canada and should be removed from office.

An Ontario teen died after waiting in agony for hours at an ER. Now, his family wants an inquest Finlay van der Werken’s parents have filed a lawsuit and are pushing to reform emergency care after their 16-year-old’s death

www.theglobeandmail.com/canada/artic...
I don't know the details of this case, but this should never happen.

I have been told by a paramedic that in the event of a serious medical emergency, always call an ambulance. The paramedics will attend to you until you are in the care of the ER.

Maybe police if trying to fly a drone into a building where radio signals can't reach reliably.

I can't think of any legitimate/legal civilian uses.

Wild you can just buy 5km+ long fibers for FPV drones from china. These things are single use so there are only so many use cases.

"The government is arguing that the changes are necessary to keep the Crown corporation β€” which is on track to lose $1.5 billion in 2025 β€” afloat."

Wait until they find out the Canadian Coast Guard "lost" $2.84 billion last year. How will they "stay afloat" without big changes?

Opinion: Funding Transit a necessity While the new Winnipeg Transit network launched in June 2025 has achieved many of its objectives, it’s important to assess what is and isn’t working in order to see Winnipeg Transit reach its full pot...

Thanks to @mmarginet.bsky.social for clarifying some of the misunderstandings of our new transit system and making it clear that "It doesn’t matter what a city says it wants to be, a city’s vision is shown in what it chooses to budget for." t.ly/ixbKX

I suggested to them when they presented the plan to me that they should consider how to accommodate cyclists there so they wouldn't have to veer into traffic. I asked them to speak to Bike Winnipeg, but I'm not sure they did.

Apparently they do plan to try different positions of the curb blocks over time. So I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they started wide and will make it narrow over time.
