I'm also interested in content writing/management work, so if you have a corporate website or social feed that might need a boost, whether it's in sports or not, drop me a line.

I'd appreciate shares for visibility! Thank you.

Hello BlueSky! A quick post asking for some assistance.

I love telling stories in women's football that might fly under the radar a little otherwise. Take for example these from the last week or so:

Moneyfields - lnkd.in/eSyrfeE9

Emily Wallace of Norwich City - lnkd.in/eC-YdJTJ

This makes perfect sense given these are mankind’s two greatest inventions and the stuff we can least do without, but there’s more to it than that: sport and love are both expressions of identity, creativity and devotion, pursued because they are right but also because it’s impossible not to. I got pelters for saying this on Radio 4 before it came in, but no one fell in love with the game because of its infallible decision-making process, so compromising the flow of the game and feeling when your team scores, to go from 94-9% correct, or whatever, made no sense at all.

yeah, i know some people don't like it but it's just how we speak. i try to do less of it as don't want to offend anyone, but at the same time wonder if i should. it's tricky with refs: power must be accountable, but at the same time i don't know if that's best for the game.
