My first ever #Rust code! I never planned to write any, but after the Unicode-segmentation module I used disappeared overnight, I built a replacement—and rewrote the gettext wrapping while at it, since that was the real bottleneck when updating PO files.

It has 16 cores, so it has enough resources to handle occasional spikes in regular use. I can probably even scale it down now (or at least avoid scaling it up for a few months).

After some experimenting (and failures) last week, I've deployed Anubis from @techaro.lol on Hosted @weblate.org The impact on server load is just incredible.
