Thoroughly enjoyed coaching my first class for Cambridge Universityβs mixed martial arts team today.
Martial arts have had such a positive impact on my life, teaching me so much along the way. Itβs a privilege to pass that on to the next generation of martial artists (& help win varsity of course).

Collaboration from governments, industries, clinicians, patients & agriculture is essential to combat this silent pandemic.

Iβm lucky to work in a very supportive institute, but many arenβt. The stats:
- 57% higher risk of burn out in clinical academics
- 50% consider leaving due to discrimination
- 33% advised not to come out
- 10% less students stay in STEM
