Well as suspected my C1 was shifted today, not that getting it back in place will fix my stubborn migraines but my extra body pain of being out of alignment should ease up a bit now. I always try to be careful with my neck but lately my c1 and c2 have not been staying in place like they have been-

really tired of conversations about how we need to get people to spend more time offline that don't acknowledge that one of the reasons people ARE online is their access needs aren't being met in physical spaces. This is especially true for queer people and disabled people.

I hope to see more of this side of miss piggy in the future, this was so good 🤧✨
