It seems like for us doing what’s best for the body only works for non chronically ill/chronic pain bodies, the “bad/unadvisable” things always end up helping more 😭

Just found out that the young actress in this scene, Andrea Bisset, actually has Tourette's, and Rob ad-libbed his tics in response to her tics. The best scene in this movie is even better than I thought.

I’m so happy Robert Aramayo is getting more recognition and appreciation for his outstanding acting abilities. He cares so much about the real people and fictional characters he portrays, putting great effort into each and every aspect of who he’s showing on screen, making the stories come to life ❤️

I know I Swear was released last year but I only just recently was able to watch it so it’s on my top movies of this year

I’ve done this before but with reading instead of a show. Somehow it’s easier to fully focus on multiple things at once than trying to focus solely on just one thing. But I know that’s not good to do 😭

Thank you. I pretty much have tried everything so it’s frustrating that taking care of and getting help for the chronic headaches, my body, and my neck area for 15 + years has done no good for these migraines at all. I’m desperately trying to find patterns to the triggers 😭

Sorry I’m just frustrated always waking up with a massive migraine till I go to bed with a massive migraine a d then wake up again the next day with a massive migraine, I even have head pain when I dream bc that’s the only state I know

Sleeping, resting my eyes and ears, reducing stress and all over body and head tension, not clenching my jaw, trying to breath the best I can, staying hydrated, eating healthy, not letting my sensory issues get too aggravated or get overstimulated, etc all do nothing but make the pain WORSE

Literally EVERYTHING I do that is supposed to help headaches and migraines MAKE MINE SO MUCH WORSE

And I know exactly how to position my body to have good posture, I’ve been taught multiple times through basic ballet, physical therapist, etc so it’s not that I’m not doing it right. There’s so much to think about to have good posture, it’s not sth simple.

And when I lay down I need to prop just my head up so again it makes my neck curve downwards, making my upper back slough, if I lay down with just one pillow the migraines get worse too

Idk if this is fibromyalgia related or what, but my migraines automatically increase whenever I sit up/stand up with good posture, especially my neck. (I literally NEED to slouch and curve my neck downwards in a bad position for the head pain to ease up… wtf)
