I get how something like PE might be easier to manage, but I much prefer them copy-pasted into a mail and that's it. I'm more likely to redeem it and you're cutting out the possibility of PE acting up or going "hey ur coverage score isn't great" (we're typically swamped and plans are often binned).

When a key is sent I almost feel a guilt like "that's a tangible item, I can't let it rot in my inbox." When you send a link you're asking me if I want to cover this game I'm hearing of for the first time, and unless your description of the game is amazing, you're giving me the option to move on.

Some feedback to PR folks that certainly wasn't asked for but hey: I find that I'm way more likely to redeem a Steam key and look at a game when it's sent to me directly via email than when I need to click through to some other site. Especially if you write "key enclosed" without enclosing a key.
