Kash Patel today: "You cannot bring a firearm, loaded, with multiple magazines to any sort of protest that you want."

Really?

he’s a murderer. i don’t care if he said he feels bad once and then went on to say he wishes he fought in Vietnam lol

this guy will defend rehabilitating the image ofβ€”and then voting forβ€”veterans that personally murdered arabs who took up arms to defend against America’s illegal invasions of their countries… but then tweet β€œfuck ICE” 20x a day because their victims are American. this is the racist American β€œleft.”

The idea that the US could topple itself or threaten its own hegemony I mean.

26.01.2026 02:26 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

I did see the Davos summit. that’s why this idea is fresh in my mind

26.01.2026 02:21 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

That doesn’t mean this is all for nothing. Solidarity matters even when you likely can’t be the hero in the situation.

25.01.2026 10:37 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

I think there’s a degree of narcissism in the idea that Americans could reform the zeitgeist to the extent that they topple the government from the ground up. I think most Americans *have* to believe that Americans will be the heroes in the end, even if that’s not likely or even ideal.

25.01.2026 10:35 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

I don’t think there’s any incentive for this to occur on a broad scale.

25.01.2026 10:32 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

The boot on their necks is IN SERVICE of us. How do you reconcile this? You think Americans will be the force that overthrows their own capitalism? I tend to believe nothing will stop the US, but… If anything, I bank on enemy countries or American leadership itself toppling the US, not proletariat.

25.01.2026 10:29 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

*Imperialism. The factor that separates our interests from the world’s proletariat is that we materially profit from their suffering. Americans will not overthrow capitalism against their own interests unless forced to address what they’ve done to the rest of the world in service of it.

25.01.2026 10:19 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

In this hypothetical, Americans are responsible for the overthrow of capitalism in their own country. I think American communists need to reckon with the idea that America may not be involved in the liberation of the world’s proletariat unless they first confront anti imperialism.

25.01.2026 10:17 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

I agree with him to an extent. I don’t call myself a Marxist but I think the people communists vote for should be meeting highly rigid principle standards compared to the very lax standards American communists tend to adhere to. & I do not believe more than a few Americans ever met these standards

25.01.2026 10:12 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Yeah. My point of all this being, that’s why I conceptualize electoralism being used β€œsupplementally” in the US as particularly ineffective. I think for Americans, in practice, it quells revolutionary spirit and serves to neuter our causes into impotence.

25.01.2026 10:04 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

β€”of foreigners as people.

25.01.2026 09:55 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Mainstream β€œleft” will support him. Socialism/Communism in the US is fully poisoned by racism and nationalism. That’s why I think they fall into excusing a Graham Platner and a Greg Stoker for murdering Afghans for their own material gain. It’s incompatible with communism unless you don’t thinkβ€”

25.01.2026 09:55 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

And I’m not saying i’m raring in the street to seize the means. But I would support those who do. And I think that’s a genuinely small minority of those who even consider themselves radical in US. I see Graham Platner calling himself a communist and then wish he fought in Vietnam and my brain melts.

25.01.2026 09:49 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

I argue that’s the type of compromise you partake in when you advocate for a Greg Stoker. a Graham Platner. you can never trust that kind of person again. there’s too many humans on earth to be settling for white male American veterans who don’t center their victims.

25.01.2026 09:46 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Yep yep yep you’re ahead of me. But there are definitely people who read these things and argue it means vote for Joe Biden. I think Vaush actually did that. And that type of desecration of socialist principles is representative of a sizable portion of Americans who think they are leftists.

I personally would likely never partake in another election for clarity. This is just hypothetical.

25.01.2026 09:27 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

β€” Hypothetically it’s good supplementally. But for 90% of socialists/communists in the US, that’s where their advocacy begins and ends. Within the confines of an established party. Where is the actual workers party if that’s not true? It would exist if I was wrong.

25.01.2026 09:23 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

It genuinely just dawned on me a minute before you answered that I read a DSA loyalist talk about how electoral politics can raise class consciousness and that’s not a bad argument. I think it’s a bad argument for that person actually being a DSA loyalist. β€”

i think even voting for a social democrat is insufficient to address imperialism.

25.01.2026 09:12 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

you don’t think as a marxist that he argued sufficiently against attempting to take over the current system instead of workers creating an entirely new one? do you think american communists are sufficiently working on that β€˜new system?’ i don’t. i think they’re voting blue. that’s what bothers me.

25.01.2026 09:09 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

i’m aware it’s not popular.

it’s not just you. the hand waving is a symptom of the racism that infests the American brand of communism. the willingness to accept a leaders who’s massacred foreigners but live tweet every indiscretion by ICE. we treat arabs lives as worth almost nothing even while advocating for their causes.

25.01.2026 07:19 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

I don’t know that β€˜pipelines’ will ever result in Americans voting against their own self-interests fast enough to fight fascism. that’s why the type of ideas I engage with get called β€œpurity testing,” because I personally think change happens from β€œpure” revolution. Not electoralism.
