This came before the ANC in late 2023. We supported a BZA case to allow for a bank to be there. Not sure why that hasn't materialized. I know a bank isn't exciting but that was the best lead they had.

It's a bit of a fridge clean out/ measure with your heart for me. Kimchi or torn up salad greens, soft boiled egg, fried shallots (Trader Joes now has this), chopped pickles. Season with white pepper, chili crisp, or toasted sesame oil.

Ooo looks delish! Congee is my ultimate comfort meal.

This is the case in many countries. About 8 yrs ago, I saw TJ bags for insane resale value at vintage shops in Japan. And on my recent trip to China and Hong Kong, I gifted my relatives TJ mini Halloween edition bags filled with snacks and they went NUTS.

It absolutely sucks.
