The fact this might just be the best received 3D Sonic game while not featuring Sonic as the main character is crazy

I mean, the main negative thing pointed out by critics is the remastered game, not even Shadow's campaign

Agreed! Love how the colors appear to be complementary in both the characters and the background!
This could have worked so well for Shadow as well
