Newspaper/website used to place factual errors into some of my articles, when me or readers pointed it out they’d remove them but issued corrections notices that made it sound like the mistake was mine. Didn’t like that aspect of being edited.

I’ve not been on holiday in almost 25 years. Not technically on one now, but I am in South-West France, having some nice food on a nice day with some nice people, so, for the next hour or so at least it’s Bonne Vacances pour moi!

Saw One Battle After Another projected in glorious VistaVision. Only Cinerama to go and I’ve see all the formats.

Before the internet got big, I was the person people would ring up to ask things like what movie has a decapitation by basketball, etc. That’s how I got into journalism. Even though the career is long gone it is nice to know that old magic is still there.

Deadly Friend?

I do think this film is his masterpiece, I even tried to convince him of this fact more than once but he was have none of it. It’s one of those films you’re never sure if you saw it or dreamt it.

Saw them live a few times, pretty good as I recall.

First complaint those people make is always “I didn’t realise I’d have to watch/read/listen to so much stuff.”
