A fully fan-owned NASL legacy club would be bigger than anything America’s ever seen in football.

The secret isn’t hype it’s ownership.
And the real power? Always in the trademarks. That’s the castle wall.

Rocco is a trademark squatter hiding behind lawyers and nostalgia. When have Cosmos or NASL last ever played a single game? Exactly.

Dentons played their usual game: rig the system so I couldn’t defend myself without surrendering my rights. Now it’s in the Second Circuit, and I’m confident they’ll overturn this sham. You can delay the truth, but you can’t bury it.

They hit me with a PI in mid September. With no service, no fair fight and set a $5K bond like that makes it justice. We already raised $14K before they shut the crowdfunding down.

3.5 years.
That’s how long the USPTO has sat on my trademark applications no action, no review, no explanation.

You can’t build a business without protection. And I will find out in SDNY who’s behind the delay.
